Initially brought in as the junior engineer I've experienced supporting and installing across a broad spectrum of projects.I'm now the senior technical engineer offering my years of wisdom to my fellow colleagues and looking after complex projects.

Finished 6th Form and joined Rade New Media as a junior network developer ultimately resulting in building HTML templates for websites from sliced graphics then supplied to database team for dynamic content.Took over in-house web and database server management when other members of staff vacated the role and really enjoyed the behind the scenes side of the job.Offered myself up to carry out migration of own and customer servers from Netdirect/ISION's co-located facilities in Telehouse East and Wapping to Energis' Watford datacenter. Again I enjoyed the opportunity to work on keeping the web sites up rather than what was on them so continued to focus on the networking aspect over the application.I was briefly put in a consultancy role to review another company's server hosting due to issues with up time and security. Assisted with addressing issues alongside customer's own server management staff.Undertook some customer network installs and management however at that time the company was more web site focused since then I believe a separate company division has come out of that business.I wish them every success and I enjoyed my opportunity and time with Rade.
