Provided analytical support in querying various complex databases to determine accurate depictions and projections of military equipment. Provided training support and helped users become proficient with online tools and applications. Identified opportunities and implements improvements for data accuracy and user interfaces.

Provided contract support to all aspects of the Army’s Civilian Workforce Transformation initiative. Provided subject matter expertise on Army Force Management and the Army’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process. Accessed various Army authoritative data sources including the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) and the Army Enterprise PPBE Data Warehouse in preparing detailed analytical reports on the Army’s civilian workforce. Coordinated resources with managers from several Program Evaluation Groups (PEGs) and various Management Decision Packages (MDEPs). Consulted with senior leaders and advises on both strategic and tactical decisions. Tracked program metrics using the Strategic Management System (SMS) and prepared reports for senior leader review.

Supported the Space Organizational Integrator in all aspects of Force Management and force documentation. Provided subject matter expertise on Army space force structure and the Army force management processes. Analyzed and coordinated staffing of Force Design Updates, Tables of Organization and Equipment (TOEs) and Modified Tables of Organization and Equipment (MTOEs). Supported United States Army Force Management Support Agency by performing Global Force Management Data Initiative and Army Force Management tasks and deliverables. Reviewed and analyzed Army authorization documents, including personnel and equipment authorizations. Used current force management software applications such as Force Management System (FMS), FMSWeb and Logistics Information Warehouse to perform data analysis and recommend changes to force structure. Completed Manpower Requirements Criteria analyses in order to ensure military elements have adequate personnel to maintain and repair equipment.Wrote, edited and converted requirements documents including TOEs and Basis of Issue Plans (BOIPs). Documented HQDA policies and regulatory guidance in TOEs, MTOEs and Tables of Distribution and Allowances (TDAs) to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Maintained direct responsibility for leading a six-person team planning and executing chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense for 450-person artillery battalion, employing and maintaining equipment worth over $12 million.
