This is a cross-functional role that encapsulates many parts of product management and design. As a product manager I develop and research business cases, interview real-world users, extract feedback into actionable tasks, and move those tasks through an agile workflow with the development team. As a designer I provide UI/UX direction and artifacts for the Helm CONNECT web app, customer-facing emails, and other elements as needed for marketing or sales collateral.

Managed a team of developers to deliver the following functionality:- In-App Trials- Document Version Control- Self-serve setup to onboard new users I was the team lead and project manager, as well as contributing to the UI design of the pieces we made.

I help manage the design and implementation of a large set of components for a modern single page web app.In my day to day I consult adhoc with the product team on features, providing technical feedback and implementation suggestions, as well as work within the development team. I also create and maintain a large CSS codebase built using the Less as a preprocessor (which affords us a lot of flexibility in theming and keeping the css organized). As new components are needed I work with the visual designer and UX designer to implement a solution, write the markup, create working prototypes, figure out class naming and then pass these artifacts to the development team.
