Rob Noyes brings over 30 years of telecommunications experience, requirements development, website management, SharePoint administration, analytic insights, and strategic leadership to his role as Lead Knowledge Management(KM) Consultant.His ability to combine an understanding of client requirements with information architecture and inter-related technologies modernizes “pencil-and-ledger”-based processes into automated online systems, in-taking real-time data and outputting updates and edits to reusable data services.Rob understands very well the chaotic structure of user-generated content across the government and DoD.
