I was kept on to help assist them with the process and deal with creditors, aircraft's, inventory, documents etc. Manage all logistics and procurement to provide profit in a compliant and efficient manner. Sourcing aircraft part’s to find the best price and correct traceable paper work (FORM 1/ 8130) at the same time building a good relationship with suppliers. Handle engineering requirements for airworthiness directives into aircraft log books, provide component forecasts and financial planning along with up and coming aircraft due checks and work packs.

Working for Air Atlanta as an Inventory Controller/Receiving Inspector taking care of all aircraft material and tools (Issuing, logistics, and receiving inspection) for our maintenance line that takes care of 15 aircrafts – 747 400 and A330. Handle all logistics for material/tools being sent for repair, sales and line jobs. Air Atlanta online system that I am very familiar with is called TRAX, “Citrix” and the new design TRAX-X. I have also been working on site with heavy maintenance checks (A1, A2, C and D checks) I have setup inventory stores for line maintenance stations to make sure they are setup to ICAA (Icelandic Civil Aviation Administration) and EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) standards and that all aircraft material is stored in the correct area, temperature and kept in a clean and safe area up to health and safety standards.
