Convio provided eCRM solutions via SaaS solutions exclusively for nonprofit organizations.Reported to the VP of IT and responsible for Convio's global IT team supporting IT Operations & Business Applications.

Extending and developing Global Lab Services team within Open Text Corporation. Consolidating 44 computer lab locations into 4 data centers in key development centers. Data center locations are in Waterloo Canada, Austin Texas, Munich Germany, and Hyderabad India. Lab Services enables Development, QA, Customer Care, Professional Services, and Sales Engineering to do their job by providing infrastructure and technical expertise across a wide range of technologies. We integrate our team members inside of development /scrum projects to understand their needs and to even work on the project team. Lab Services ability to manage hardware and share resources and expertise across these teams lowers the cost of doing business for IT and overall business.

Led technical staff of 60+ FTEs across US, EMEA, & APAC. Supported all aspects of IT for a dynamic and fast-growing software company. Built nine data centers and facilitated data center, labs, and office buildouts, moves & consolidations in five countries.
