The project included analysis of existing process and recommended remediation plan in 3 phases (short-term, intermediate and long-term) spanning account management, systems support, operations, inventory, manufacturing, finance and delivery departments. Led short-term remediation plan and transitioned intermediate and long-term to internal IT team.

Responsibilities included directing and proactively mitigating risks for digital project management and technical development resources and activities, development and implementation of project standards and controls, review and approval of project requirements, cost estimates and timelines, team recruitment, resourcing across various agency departments, vendor management and mentoring project management staff.
