What started as a simple cafe in a furniture retailer has become a phenomenon that is changing the way that clients view the retail industry and guests view the restaurant experience. After 4 months of training at the RH 3 Arts Club in Chicago I took the insights I learned and applied them to the successful opening of the Toronto Yorkdale Mall operation; we have now been delighting guests with our stunning ambience, delightful dishes, and world class hospitality from the Dining Room Team for almost 3 years. I am responsible for all aspects of the business including P&L results in line with the Company's financial goals, recruiting/hiring/developing both managers and hourly associates, ensuring our standards of World Class Service are exceeded, and upholding a culture that is aligned with RH's Values and Beliefs. I also had the pleasure of joining the Restaurant Openings team to open our New York Meatpacking District in September 2018, where I had the honor of joining the team prior to opening and take part in training their exceptional FOH team to set them up for success and impart all that I have learned over the past year and a half.

Consistently ranked as one of the Top 10 Restaurants in Toronto, Byblos is renowned for the exceptional quality of its food, beverage and service. This is a company that is quick on its feet; the level of access to Senior Management is unprecedented, they are always open to listen to new ideas, and work with the operations team to put them in place. Dining at Byblos is truly an experience, not just a meal; I coached my team to curate personalized culinary journies for each guest's visit to our restaurant. At Byblos my responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, Inventory/COGS calculation, payroll, labor management, staff recruitment and training. As one of the busiest restaurants in the city, every service was a fast paced exercise in strategic seating of guests to maximize the use of our limited space for the massive demand we had for reservations.I also had the opportunity to open and operate Weslodge Dubai which was voted best new restaurant in all of the United Arab Emirates and routinely served upward of 900 guests per night while also winning other prestigious awards.
