• Led 500+ employees across all functions at BioTek through major milestones of integration into Agilent while ensuring business continuity by growing market share and consistent double-digit growth. Moved to VT for the role

• Developed the strategic commercial integration program for Agilent and implemented it across seven acquisitions spanning Agilent’s three business groups encompassing instrumentation, consumables, software and service business models in 18 months.

• Launched a new segment within LSS Marketing for Applied Markets in Academia and Government Research

Facilitated the strategic refocusing of this Robotic Cloud Lab company from start-ups to large pharma and biotech customers which included the shift from synthetic biology to drug discovery with a focus on discovery biology. Designed subscription pricing models and commercial infrastructure.

• Established sales operations in the Western US for this small privately-held, custom laboratory automation organization; engaged to establish market presence on West Coast.
