Key focus areas include the development of new products, services and revenue streams, the use of technology to increase back-office efficiencies and strategic frameworks to provide customers with exceptional experiences. Rob works closely with Leadership teams, Executives and Board Members to assess opportunities, develop prioritized strategic roadmaps and execute high-value initiatives that can deliver significant return on investment to the enterprise. Rob previously served as the Chief Information Officer and then Director of TCB Labs at Texas Capital Bank, growing the organization from $2 billion to over $30 billion in assets during his 15-year tenure. He spent several years leading consulting practices for firms including Hitachi Consulting and Arthur Andersen as well as working with start-up ventures in Austin and DFW. Rob began his career with the National Security Agency (NSA) where he was part of the U.S. Department of Defense Artificial Intelligence Lab and Special Projects Division, specializing in Neural Networks and Natural Language Understanding.Rob holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Texas Tech University’s College of Engineering in Lubbock, Texas.
