I'll be largely focused on Product, Data, Sales and general strategy helping our amazing portfolio companies and founders navigating the inevitable ups and downs of launching world-changing businesses.At M13, I've helped build and run our Propulsion strategy, pioneering our "M13 Labs" program, which is a multidisciplinary series of diagnostic tools for startups that help quickly identify issues and pain points where startups need to focus and prioritize. We currently have executed almost 200 labs across 60 portfolio companies in areas of Product, Talent, Sales Data and Brand. Importantly, Labs are how we've started to deploy our world class propulsion team both before and after the check is written, unique in the VC space.Additionally, working with our team, we've built our very popular RocketGuides program, which is a public facing, open and free series of interactive entrepreneurship learning tools built by founders for founders. Working with our product team, we've built highly popular modules including: Fundraising Decks, Investor Updates, and Board Decks.

Rob founded RS Consults with a simple idea; An entrepreneurial approach to help later stage startups and enterprises with strategy, technology and marketing.While our teams build marketing and technology solutions for startups, Rob embeds with a number of companies in an interim C Suite or board advisory capacity to help with a variety of issues. Leading a relatively small, distributed team, Rob quickly grew RSC to a leader in this space. As one of the three founding Partners at RBR investments, Rob’s job was to source technology and entertainment projects as well as perform due diligence for foreign investors, primarily out of China and the Middle East. RBR was focused on non-real estate investments in media, sports, and technology.

Rob co-founded and led Pecabu as CEO; An innovative early Artificial Intelligence AdTech & MarTech startup based in San Francisco. Pecabu launched a revolutionary location analysis technology, targeting the OOH, Radio & TV advertising industries.At Pecabu, Rob designed and architected an AI-powered platform capable of processing millions of geo-located human conversations via social media in real time.
