Support the Owner’s interests by overseeing the overall quality, completeness, and timeliness of the EPC’s engineering package. Support the Owner’s interests by overseeing the safety, quality, contractual compliance, and timeliness of the work for all engineering personnel assigned to the project, including the coordination of the discipline engineering leads and field engineers assigned to the site full time. Work with and advise project staff on the requirements and expectations of EPC Contractor relative to project execution. Provide critical operational feedback to Engineering Operations in the event of a misalignment of expectations and capabilities. Coordinate with engineering and construction document control personnel to manage the flow, quality and overall integrity of the projects information. Works to understand and remove barriers to successful execution of project work. Influence and advise on interests related to, procurement, cost tracking and progress tracking. Work with Owner’s Site Construction Manager, advising on all interest of the project.

Generation Construction Manager. Provided on-site construction management for 2-hydroelectric units. Included management of the subcontractor designated to perform most construction activities for the new units with Contractors assigned to PGE for work on upgrade of the Existing Unit 6. Coordinated work with PGE consultants including outside engineering firms as well as numerous internal entities of PGE. Monitored project status to ensure schedule was maintained; identified potential problems; provided feedback to project processes. Coordinated items that needed to be done prior to initial operation, as well as during unit outages after the project. Specific responsibilities included ensuring safe work practices, planning – mostly in providing feedback to the various construction schedules, ensuring the numerous environmental requirements for the project were met, constructability feedback – primarily through review of work plans. Coordinated on-site resources for Owner-furnished equipment, turnover of spare parts, reviewed and approves payment of invoices. Documented project progress.

Developed and implemented the Construction Execution Plan for 18 MW of hydroelectric capacity. Led effort in developing the Construction Sequence and Schedules after taking over the project from another contractor. Project execution included concrete and penstock placement, intake improvement. The project was staffed with approximately 25 craftsmen. Site management responsibilities included construction contractor sequencing and coordination, quality control oversight, overall safety management of personnel on-site, and project controls (schedule and cost) management of field operations.

Managed all aspects of direct hire and subcontracted work for this dark fiber telecommunication project. Provided pre-mobilization support and developed and implemented the Construction Execution Plan. Assisted in developing the Construction Schedules. Project execution activities included location of utilities, bridge attachments, horizontal directional drilling, tunnel attachments, aerial placement, microtrenching, vault placement, pile placement, fiber jetting and fiber testing. The project peaked with approximately 150 craftsmen. Site management responsibilities included construction contractor sequencing and coordination, quality control oversight, overall safety management of personnel on-site, and project controls (schedule and cost) management of field operations.

Tanjung Jati B Expansion (Jawa-4) – Coal Fired Steam Power Plant 2 x 1,000MW; BOP scope. . Led planning of completion of the startup boiler. Provided recommended performance improvements to the PFM.

Provided pre-mobilization support and developed and implemented the Construction Execution Plan. Assisted in developing the Construction Schedules and site facilities plan. Project execution and site development activities included relocation of utilities, pile placement, with the primary scope being the addition of PRICO® Compression equipment for an LNG peak shaving facility. The project peaked with approximately 160 craftsmen. Site management responsibilities included construction contractor sequencing and coordination, quality control oversight, overall safety management of personnel on-site, and project controls (schedule and cost) management of field operations.

WPL Columbia AQC Updgrade. Field Engineering and Subcontoracts Manager. Responsible for all field engineering resolution and execution including subcontract administrator; and subcontract planning, administration and coordination. Manage field staff of subcontract coordinator, civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation/control disciplines; and coordination with field safety and health, quality and environmental departments with additional responsibilities including cooridinationcoordination of construction completion to facilitate startup, and outage planning, setup of the site office and all construction site utilities and facilities; and establishing the field drawing control system. Concluded project as Project Field Manager.
