Over the past 20+ years, I have lived and worked in Asia Pacific, UK, Middle East and Africa and gained experience in Strategy, Operations, Large scale change management, Commercial development and Franchising in ASX and Multinational environments as a CHRO. With degrees in Law and HR/IR, I am proud to be recognized as an expert in building legacy HR strategies that deliver successful and sustainable outcomes to stakeholders. I received multiple awards during my varied international career. Under my stewardship, Yum! was externally recognized as Employer of the Year Large Business from the National Retail Association and I was awarded Australia’s Dave Ulrich HR Leader of the Year by AHRI among other awards.My self made consulting business successfully delivered outcomes to ASX, Startup, Multi national, Government and NFP organisations reflecting my ability to add value in all sectors and ownership structures. . I proudly served as a Non-Executive Director of AHRI and President of AHRI’s NSW council. I am a passionate supporter of the Tour de Cure organisation, having raised over $200K to find a cure for cancer over the past 12 years through various events.
