Rob Pincus is professional educator, author and entrepreneur. Rob has published scores of articles and is the author of several books, including "Defensive Shooting Fundamentals" (2018), "Defend Yourself" (2014), "Counter Ambush" (2012) "Combat Focus Shooting" (2006), "The Training Log Book" (2008), "Combat Focus Shooting: Evolution 2010" (2010) and the developer of the Personal Defense Network DVD series.Rob has been featured on various television programs including World News Tonight, Personal Defense TV, Weaponology, Shooting Gallery and has been Host and Writer on The Best Defense, Best Defense: Survival & S.W.A.T. Magazine TV.During his training career, Rob has provided extensive training to personnel from military and law enforcement special operations personnel, patrol officers, executive protection agents and people interested in self defense from all walks of life.His intuitive defensive shooting programs have been adopted or integrated by a variety of military units, law enforcement agencies and private instructors. Rob has also developed curricula addressing a variety of other topics, including Active Shooter Response, Family Firearms Safety, Extreme Close Quarters Tactics and Close Quarters Counter Ambush.Rob has presented training sessions at various regional, national and international conferences, including IALEFI, GALEFI, MTOA, OTOA, NY Law Enforcement Expo, NATO Law Enforcement Training Symposium and SWAT Round-up International.Since 2012, Rob has focused primarily on Instructor Development. He and his company have certified hundreds of educators around the world.In addition to his experience in the training arena, Rob has worked in law enforcement, private security, product design & development, marketing & media relations and team building.
