• Commenced as divisional financial controller of Gribbles Pathology in January 2003. Gribbles was subsequently acquired by Healthscope in December 2004; however, the corporate functions were not co-located until 2008.
• Managed the pathology finance team, plus at different times the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams following internal restructures
• Prepared monthly consolidated financial reporting across four countries / currencies
• Integrated the finance functions for a series of pathology acquisitions between 2003 and 2008.
• Incorporated pathology divisional reporting into the Healthscope group reports. This process culminated in the design and implementation of a common ERP solution for the group in 2008 (TechnologyOne).

• Designed and implemented finance policies and procedures for the 400 FTE Novare shared services joint venture between Accenture and Pacific Dunlop.
• Program Management Office - Telstra Flexcab Project. Initially managed billing 140 Accenture FTEs to Telstra, then progressed to charging the entire Customer Billing Branch (700 FTEs) to the funding Telstra business.
• Across various roles, provided strategic advice to divisional managing partners, including analysis of KPIs and emerging financial issues. Managed divisional financial operations and prepared annual plans and quarterly.
