Gribbles was subsequently acquired by Healthscope in December 2004; however, the corporate functions were not co-located until 2008.• Managed the pathology finance team, plus at different times the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams following internal restructures• Prepared monthly consolidated financial reporting across four countries / currencies• Integrated the finance functions for a series of pathology acquisitions between 2003 and 2008. • Incorporated pathology divisional reporting into the Healthscope group reports. This process culminated in the design and implementation of a common ERP solution for the group in 2008 (TechnologyOne).

Initially managed billing 140 Accenture FTEs to Telstra, then progressed to charging the entire Customer Billing Branch (700 FTEs) to the funding Telstra business units. • Across various roles, provided strategic advice to divisional managing partners, including analysis of KPIs and emerging financial issues. Managed divisional financial operations and prepared annual plans and quarterly forecasts.
