I find great satisfaction in working with others to help identify and implement solutions to improve their situation, whether business-related or personal. I do this by demonstrating three key values: honesty, candor, and hard work.In the business world, people need to hear the bottom line and how they will be impacted, and as a managing director at JACO, I get the opportunity to do just that. My background in manufacturing allows me to draw on many years and places of experience so I’m able to quickly identify areas of improvement and to communicate them effectively with my clients.I help clients work through production issues and bank workouts, which means I help them get their production into the best manufacturing and cost scenario and work with bank officials to improve the client’s borrowing ability.I’ve seen what does and doesn’t work, which has enabled me to streamline processes. Watching a process run its course without waste motivates and satisfies me.When I’m not at work, I spend time with DIY projects and woodworking, especially turning bowls and pens on a lathe. I’m also actively involved with my church leading the Security and Facilities teams.I was honored to attend the Delaware Citizens Police Academy, which gave me a full overview of our city’s law enforcement and the people who lead it.
