I am working as a Trainer at the world's most advanced barschool, the Bols Bartending Academy I daily train students to become International Bartender, Bar Manager or Flairbartender. All our courses are accredited by the Horeca Line Institute Netherlands (Horeca Branche Instituut).

The Fabulous Shaker Boys is part of Bartender Network and a event company that organises cocktails on location and work shops. I worked as a Cocktail Bartender at events, parties, trade fairs and exhibitions. During this period I was also posted through TFSB at Cocktail Bar Feijoa in Amsterdam.

Janet's Summer Bar was a lounge bar in Chersonissos (Crete, Greece) and only open during Summer months. Besides this bar there where also eleven appartments which where rented to tourists. I was responsible for the administration, stock, menu, promotion, sales, recruitment and training of staff, Public Relations, payments and schedules.

I started at the Room Service department and worked my way up to Allround Bartender.
