Key Projects/Accomplishments:• PIE (Process Integration Engine) - Lead designer and developer on a cloud-based, workflow and process automation application using the Oracle suite of Cloud development tools. Integrated BT and vendor systems using REST API calls as well as BT on premise databases using ORDS (Oracle REST data services). Developed the user interface using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud, Javascript, JSON and HTML.• SNOW (ServiceNow Integration) - Developed integration between BT Oracle database and ServiceNow utilizing Oracle database JSON and Oracle Integration Cloud.• Trained several developers in the Oracle suite of Cloud development tools and Oracle REST Data Services including OAuth2 security.• Setup and manage the Visual Builder Service development environment including GIT integration• Bronze trophy status on Oracle Visual Builder forum for posting and responding to discussions assisting other Oracle Cloud developers.

Key Projects/Accomplishments:• PII (Personally Identifiable Information) - Developed a customizable database application using PL/SQL and dynamic SQL to fully automate the obfuscation of customer PII. The application runs against any table in any Oracle database scanning for columns to replace with specified data.• GBS (Global Billing System) - One of several lead developers on custom billing system for BT Conferencing services. The application uses complex PL/SQL to calculate and bill customers in the United States, United Kingdom and Asia Pacific invoicing approximately 20-40 million dollars of monthly revenue. The billing system handles multiple currencies and time zones.• VMBOL (View My Bill Online) - Designed and developed database supporting online customer application to analyze monthly invoices and pay bills online.• GDW (Global Data Warehouse) - Assist in development and maintenance of corporate data repository used for company-wide reporting. The GDW stores, on average, 70 million call and 400 million connection records in addition to all customer-related data.• GAN (Global Access Numbers) - Developed database application to migrate customer global access numbers from a SQL Server database to an Oracle database and integrate with the BT customer online support system.• Forecast - Maintain financial forecasting system used by the Finance department to project monthly revenue. Monthly revenue can exceed $4,000,000 USD.• Mediation Integration - Designed and developed system using PERL scripts and SQL Loader to pull daily call records into GBS for rating and billing. Daily volumes exceed 250,000 calls and 1,000,000 connections.

Key Projects/Accomplishments:• Commissions System - Subject matter expert on old commissions system and existing corporate data repository. Architected database and provided interface layer to new calculation engine. Responsible for calculating compensation for over 200 sales reps totaling $500,000 of monthly payments.• Corporate Data Repository - Lead developer in design, loading and maintenance of large central Oracle database integrating many back-end systems capturing information from customer accounts to network and billing data. Used various integration methods including Tibco middleware API's, Java JDBC programs, FTP and SQL loader scripts to move data from Lotus Notes, AS/400 and Metasolv OSS to and from Oracle repository.• Customer Profitability - Developed detailed customer profitability database used extensively during Chapter 11 to identify areas where CTC could either move out of certain markets or penetrate into more profitable locations.• Metasolv OSS Integration - Responsible for integrating Metasolv OSS and AS/400 account care system. Developed C programs on AS/400 to utilize Tibco middleware API's and send real-time customer contacts and salespeople data to Oracle database.
