Dr. Readnour is an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of moving products from discovery through full commercialization. Dr. Readnour received his doctorate in Analytical Chemistry from University of Illinois in 1990 and subsequently joined Eli Lilly and Company as a senior analytical chemist in Elanco Animal Health product development. As a research scientist from 1990 to 2001, Dr. Readnour made significant contributions toward discovery, development and worldwide commercialization of a significant number of successful Elanco products. He is an internationally recognized expert on animal health product development, analytical chemistry, human food safety and drug residues. From 2001 to 2018, Dr. Readnour has served in several management roles within Elanco Animal Health. Dr. Readnour has lead several new product development initiatives in new areas of companion animal pharmaceuticals, vaccines, enzymes, and diagnostics. Dr. Readnour currently is a Managing Director at Mountain Group Partners where he investigates investment opportunities in Health Care and Ag.
