Rob is an advisor to the Chairman and board. He takes an active role in the development of the Universal Hip Hop Museum (UHHM) including leading the (UHHM) Bronx Point Development committee to ensure the museum physical home is established as part of an overall strategy. Rob is active across multiple initiatives to support funding and economic development. He is a firm supporter of innovation in the museum and non-profit space to enable non-profits to be less dependent on fundraising and more engaging with their communities.The Universal Hip Hop Museum (UHHM)has become the cultural anchor point for the Bronx Point Development project recently announced by the NYC EDC and confirmed by the City Council. The project is a a dynamic mixed-used development that will feature over two acres of world-class public open spaces with a waterfront esplanade, up to 1,000 units of housing, a permanent home for the Universal Hip-Hop Museum, a state-of-the-art multiplex theater, community space, educational programming, a neighborhood food hall and incubator and more. The Museum will be the cultural anchor of this transformative development project.

Led a global program for technology/IT risk and controls through the formation of a program office (PMO) to assist with the interpretation and implementation of IT controls.Provided leadership of a program to address the highest risk/control through design, development, deployment and confirmation of the control through evolving regulations. Worked with multiple over portfolio companies to help build out Technology, Operations and Sales across processes directly supporting P&L Interim VP of Sales for Eccord based in London. Worked across continental Europe to market the MSP technology platform and to support the efforts to move the sales team from California to Europe.Interim CTO for ERisk responsible for leading the design and development of the technology organization. Sourced and managed IBM and multiple web development firms to build out the technology while building a permanent team to run the technology.
