• With Executive Director, responsible for ensuring organizational effectiveness by contributing to the development and implementation of the Organization’s systems, policies, and practices • Responsible for managing the application, budgeting, and reporting processes for all government contracts • Primary liaison with the appropriate government agencies including the Chicago Alliance for Ending Homelessness• Responsible for monitoring all aspects for accounting and financial aspects of the Organization• Primary liaison with the external auditors • Maintains rent rolls for tenants and coordinates the payment of rents to Landlords and collection of the tenant’s share of rent. • Manages the IT and office equipment needs• Liaison with outside vendors

• Assist program managers in monitoring, and ensuring quality data collection and data integrity through consistent and monthly review of data entry procedures• Computer management: updating, repair and maintenance, updating and maintaining client database, and training on Microsoft Office Software and • HMIS ATA - Run HMIS monthly, quarterly and annual reports, ensure integrity and quality of data• Compile, Monitor and report program statistics to federal and state funders and foundations.• Responsible for biweekly payroll, updating account invoice files, orientation with new employees, creating and updating employee files, and overseeing employee functions (meetings and parties) • Supervision of administrative and operations budget and purchasing of supplies and assist in verification of employee purchases.• Supervise Environmental Services Team to ensure facility and organization runs at optimal levels
