Rob Rex is the owner of SkyVise, Cloud Advisors for Unified Communications (UC), Cloud Computing, and Network Services. Starting in 1994, Rob helped a small AT&T Dealer (SPS) with a dozen people grow into a major systems integrator with more than 500 employees. Now with the expertise obtained during 22 years of helping businesses make multi-million dollar investments in communication systems, Rob has launched SkyVise. With the cloud on a path to become the dominant provider of IT Solutions and many businesses not knowing which cloud option to choose, is why Rob formed SkyVise as a cloud advisor.     Rob Rex will work with clients to determine the best cloud strategy for their business which will include:• helping select the best cloud vendor with comparisons of price, functionality, and support.• determining the best carrier options for the traffic from the cloud to the customer premise.• formulating the optimal redundancy plans for carrier backup to maximize system uptimes.• counseling on data networking requirements and any wireless requirements.• analyzing the right call center flows and multichannel requirements such as web chat & emails.After an in-depth analysis with clients on their requirements, Rob will present several provider options and then work with clients to determine the optimal solution. Once the solution is selected, Rob will assist throughout the implementation process to make sure all goals are met. Post implementation Rob will work with clients on scheduling routine follow-ups to insure all aspects of the cloud solution are running as expected. When partnering with SkyVise, the cost to the customer is the same as buying direct from the cloud vendor. SkyVise has teaming agreements with and is compensated by the cloud providers. The client pays nothing to SkyVise, but gains the expertise and working relationships of an industry veteran.
