Rob was able to steer clear the staff away from that mentality and got them to ask the question, "what is the most efficient way to do things". This leadership sped up the project and allowed the YMCA to become much more efficient in the payroll and time keeping areas. Today, we've used the Greater Bergen County YMCA as a case study for the gains in efficiency and time/money saving techniques that they've introduced.
