As a Sales Executive and Certified Salesforce Admin/Developer on the QA Cafe sales team, my responsibilities include:Salesforce Administrator/Developer - QA Cafe’s Certified Salesforce Administrator and Developer. - Customize Salesforce to model our company structure and sales process. - Create new objects to better track and report on our licenses/products. - Automate tasks using scheduled Apex Classes and Triggers. - Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Lead Sales Executive for CloudShark product line - Work with customers to present the value in our enterprise PCAP analysis solution. - Responsible for helping customers as they start to explore CloudShark to ensuring that they are getting the most out of the solution they already own. - Understand the customers needs to be able to provide a solution that is tailored to their environment.Account Executive for all existing CDRouter and CloudShark accounts - Work with existing customers discuss areas where their testing can be improved. - Connect customers with the correct resources to ensure they are successful with our products. - Maintain customer’s licenses and renewals.

Responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining industrial control systems. Designing panel layouts and electrical system drawings using AutoCAD Electrical. Using GE Cimplicity in collaboration with GE PLCs to design HMI and SCADA systems. Using knowledge of control components to design and build various control systems. Working with other engineers to oversee projects, keep them on budget and meet strict deadlines. Using engineering knowledge to troubleshoot and fix systems.

Responsible for Fast Ethernet interoperability and 10BASE-T MAU testing. Worked directly with major companies from all around the world to troubleshoot and fix problems. Using waveform generators, and oscilloscopes to test various functions of devices. Generating formal reports to document test results. Training new employees in both Fast Ethernet interoperability and 10BASE-T MAU testing.
