Research Operations Manager
CurrentAs our sole Research Operations Manager, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our UX Research team. This includes managing participant recruiting, vendor relationships, internal comms, and other operational activities critical to the team's success. I'm also responsible for deploying and analyzing monthly satisfaction and usability surveys for our users across multiple segments and products which are then reported to our exec team.In 2023, I launched a new program called Voice of the Creator which involves hosting live, in-person events between Patreon creators and employees. This program is designed to build engagement, empathy, and awareness around product initiatives and other aspects of the creator economy.
