As the technical training/learning lead within OCM, I spearheaded the effort to take ownership of courses that were previously maintained with 3rd party vendors, saving the organization over $58k in annual refresh updates. 2 security courses were completely overhauled and re-written, resulting in a :30 min reduction of course time, netting approximately ~12,000 cumulative training hours for ~25k employees and contractors worldwide.I also coordinate project management support with a 3rd party translation supplier, which included setting up a roster of internal reviewers for 16 languages, and negotiated cost-reduction of translation support by $20k.I provide facilitation/instructional design support for the IT organization as well as WBT development. Learning materials that I create include job aids, videos, presentations, and e-learning using Articulate Storyline 360/Rise, and design creation with Photoshop and Illustrator.I currently lead the technical training strategy for a global computer refresh program where end users exchange PCs for MacBooks (~4k deployed laptops in 2023) and define the roles and responsibilities of training staff and all training assets for the project.
