I was brought in as interim GM of a Fashion Tech startup that required significant organizational and business process change and additional capital. Stabilized the business by reducing burn rate. Created the infrastructure and processes required to prepare the company for growth and a successful round of financing.Established financial controls and cash management protocols, implemented QuickBooks for bookkeeping, payroll and credit card transactions. Created an Agile development process incorporating local product management and offshore development resources for higher throughput and reduced cost. Implemented Confluence and JIRA for product specifications and ticketing.

I led marketing for an equity crowdfunding startup founded by my former boss at IAC. At Ingress we focused on profitable acquisition of accredited investors to our platform. I successfully implemented the company's inaugural advertising campaigns, using LTV projection to manage ROI. Ingress was a lean startup environment and we made extensive use of SaaS marketing, creative, and analytical platforms to maximize our efficiency with a small team.

I was recruited to lead an internal startup that would create a new shopping comparison software product, which we named Price Finder. I built a team that launched three versions of our product for Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer in a 6 month timeframe. Next, we successfully integrated the price comparison functionality into the company's toolbar platform, making real-time price comparison and discount coupons available to millions of consumers who shop online.
