• Member of the executive team that built the consumer brand, company and sales from zero to > $300M and 8 to 260 staff in less than 2 years. Digital marketing, social media and web e-commerce were key planks of the company’s strategy and runaway success.• Directed implementation and maintenance of all aspects of the website platform including information architecture, navigation, design, cart/checkout, integration with social media and email marketing, and all site functionality (Magento Enterprise platform).• Commissioned, directed and project managed a program of continuous optimization and improvement as new products and new devices were added to the website and web technologies evolved.• Responsible for selection, architecture and integration of all LifeProof’s software systems, including website and eCommerce, ERP (NetSuite), order processing (OrderMotion OMX and NetSuite), fulfillment, Customer Service, CRM, accounting and finance. The system required frequent redesign and migration as company expanded rapidly, repeatedly outgrowing capabilities of systems.• Reported to and consulted with VPs of both Sales and Marketing helping balance their respective priorities for the website• Designed and managed technical implementation of custom systems for innovative Total Water Protection Program -- from concept to go-live in 35 days to beat a major competitor to market and secure access to a major US telco.• Designed and managed implementation of systems for product serialization and supply chain tracking. Data gathered was critical in significantly reducing online MSRP erosion.• Managed key IS vendor relationships with suppliers and digital agencies.• Managed selection and subsequent implementation of NetSuite ERP and OrderMotion OMX.• Was finalist “Business Hero” at NetSuite HERO Awards 2013, for those who “Transformed their overall business the most”• LifeProof’s IS representative on Integration Team after acquisition of LifeProof by OtterBox in May 2013
