I assist my clients with their purchase or sale of residential properties, investment properties, commercial properties and land.

Responsible for the Phoenix Division's land acquisitions, dispositions, entitlements and development of raw land into master planned commmunities. I have experience working in all municipalities in both Maricopa County and Pinal County. I have worked on raw land development projects ranging from 50 acres to 1,000+ acres. I have over 20+ years of home building experience.

Responsible for all of the company's information technology needs and support nationwide, including software development and implementation, hardware, infrastructure, training and user support. The company had over 1,000 employees and multiple locations in California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Florida and the Carolinas.

I worked for Continental Homes in Phoenix; it was acquired by DR Horton in April 1998. I was responsible for all of the company's information technology needs and support nationwide, including software development and implementation, hardware, infrastructure, training and user support. The company had over 500 employees and multiple locations in California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and Florida.

I was a senior auditor at the Century City office in Southern California. I was primarily working on the audits of Walt Disney and Mattel Toys.
