I have successfully led businesses, divisions and design projects (with budgets ranging from $500k - $50million). As a key member of management teams, I have influenced and shaped business and strategic outcomes. A key skill lies in the ability to define and translate complex strategies into executable business, commercial and people solutions. I manage complexity through understanding people, regulatory and commercial risks to drive performance and achieve results.
