Greater Atlanta Area

Responsible for leading the technical pre-sales and proposal organizations within Minsait ACS, which support the business development and sales team through solution demonstrations, sales enablement tools, and effective technical/commercial customer proposals. I work closely with sales leadership both within the US and other global markets to support the sales pipeline, strategy and go-to-market plans for new products/solutions. I also collaborate with the global product development team and other internal stakeholders to provide customer and market input to help drive product requirements, plans and the solution roadmap.

Developed standardized solution process and boilerplate material to effectively convey the ACS value proposition to prospective customers.

Promoted to lead the SCADA proposal team, consisting of three application engineers and a proposal coordinator. Responsible for responding to customer RFPs and creating system proposals to meet technical/commercial requirements and delivering values to electric utility customers.

Produced proposals in response to customer RFPs, defining system architecture and solutions for utility distribution and transmission SCADA systems. Once awarded, managed the SCADA projects through to successful delivery to the customer. Also tasked with leading the company’s Y2K task force to ensure all software and hardware products were compliant and accurately handled date data, while developing a revenue generating certification program and data repository for customers and their partners.

Responsible for the testing and certification of industrial fieldbus products adapted for use with SE&A's line of motor controls, contactors, and other industrial control solutions sold in the US. Designed and developed new AS-i slave modules for use with Siemens contactors and control relays. Provided engineering pre-sales support across the U.S for the Controls Business Unit.
