As a Territory Sales Representative with ORS; I specialize in helping construction companies manage their equipment buying and renting decisions. My focus is to help people buy better within the industry, and to provide services that are geared towards on site production and efficient company resource allocation.

As a CSR working for Canadian Linen I focus on providing our customer base with the highest level of customer service. As the front line representative on this North American company it is crucial to practice professionalism, maintain integrity and uphold our company image as "The People You Can Count On." I am responsible for managing/servicing each individual account in my territory on a client by client basis, analyzing each situation accordingly. I focus on displaying the value of our service in each case, while at the same time fostering revenue growth continually through added service and value to each client.Canadian Linen has allowed me to develop exceptional time management skills; work efficiency practices and an ability to organize, prioritize and execute daily action plans that are goal oriented. The textile industry is a high stress, fast paced environment that requires consistency, continual adaptation and specialized solution based evaluation of each interaction.

As an employee of the Tomlinson Waste Management Division I worked out of the Springhill Landfill location. During this time I was issued a multitude of responsibility. I was responsible for waste recycling assessments of tonnage entering the landfill as governed by the Leadership in Environmental Energy and Design government initiative. I monitored and provided appropriate recycle breakdowns of all construction waste on site.I was also responsible for operating the on site tandem roll of truck as well as the 40Tonn compactor which managed the amount of tonnage buried on site. Accompanying these responsibilities I also was educated and trained in the operation of the weigh scale station that monitors all weight entering and exiting the site.While working in this environment I gained a firm knowledge of the recycling process and its objectives within the Ottawa area. I also gained invaluable introductory experience pertaining to team oriented work ethic within a corporate environment. My experience at Tomlinson has been crucial in developing work ethic and proper mental focus on a consistent level.
