Over the last year (as of July 2016), I have come into my own in an industry that I never thought I'd be part of. HelloFresh is a young company that is extremely dynamic and forces me to stay on my toes and remain flexible.As a manager, I've put to practice the leadership knowledge that I've learned from seminars, books, and audios. I love facilitating personal growth and development for my team and helping each individual try to reach for their own goals. As a team, our culture is to celebrate successes and grow from learning opportunities.My responsibilities include: forklift training and certifying employees per OSHA requirements. I am in charge of scheduling and staffing as well as working hand in hand with our vendors to keep our machinery safe and fully functioning. What I am most excited about right now is acquiring a very specialized position. It has been my sole responsibility to discover new and effective ways to locate trends in the company's sales flow to lower various costs and increase overall customer satisfaction.As a sales rep, I work in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment. My main responsibilities are explaining device and plan features and options, explaining billing and excess usage charges. This is done face-to-face or by means of over the phone or email. These are all accomplished while remaining focused on the metrics of performance-based commission. I work with my store team members to promote an environment offering 100% customer satisfaction. I work hard to meet customer needs while exceeding service expectations.

As part of the management team, I helped contribute to the store's success by assisting the manager with such aspects as store flow, task delegation, and being a leader by upholding and exemplifying the company's core values.Other responsibilities included cash management and on-site training. All of the tasks were performed in a fast-paced environment that often called for multitasking and in-the-moment decision making.Product knowledge and customer experience were the of utmost importance.
