Working closely with Bala's business development team, I coordinate the growing structural engineering staff to produce efficient and quality structural designs for our clients in a timely manner. I also provide the structural engineering group with daily engineering tasks, QA/QC reviews, training, and mentoring. Specialties: Steel, Concrete, Wood design of low and mid-rise structures throughout the Northeast Region using RAM software, Tedds, REVIT, and CAD. Unique structural design of children's exhibits, monumental stairs, and architectural features in historic buildings throughout the MidAtlantic Region.

Strived daily to provide structural design solutions for our variety of clients that are both efficient, economical, and meet the expectations of the client. Solutions are engineered using masonry, wood, timber, steel, and concrete materials depending on the location and requirements of the project. Also assisted in the daily planning of the work for the structural team.

Started out being a photographer assistant and second photographer on wedding days and over the years moved up to be a main photographer, completing weddings, family portraits, engagement sessions, and commercial photography. Competed in the Guild of Photographers Print competitions in various categories. A great second job as my kids were growing up, working with great people who became great friends!

Including Summer Internships, this was a good place to work for to get the understanding of building design and construction. The full A-E environment allowed day to day interaction with other disciplines to learn about their integration into the overall design. I was presented with many challenging projects and tasks which developed my engineering at a fast pace. Monumental Stairs, High profile University work, and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia are examples of the variety of design I encountered.
