Daarbij ontwerp, plan en voer ik marketingcampagnes uit die aansluiten bij de strategische doelen van Xemex.

Stultiens Group is een familiebedrijf, opgericht in 1983. Met een ambitie om te groeien door heel Europa, willen wij internationaal marktleider worden op het gebied van Stempels.Als Head of Marketing ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch, operationeel en internationaal marketing beleid van de Stultiens Group. Met het aansturen van 6 marketing specialisten werken we samen aan de Brand Identity, vergroten van online marktaandeel en verhogen van omzet uit de 15 diverse webshops. Naast mijn managementtaken ondersteun ik de afdeling met operationele werkzaamheden in SEA, Content Marketing, Marketplaces, Marketing Automation en Data management.

Blink is based on the experience of children and young people and challenges them to discover themselves and the world. Blink is also the largest Dutch publisher of educational children's brands such as Bobo, Okki, Wild van Freek, National Geographic Junior and Pica types.As a senior online marketeer I contribute to the digital growth plan of Blink's educational children's brands. I’m mainly involved in developing the online marketing strategy and its tactical rollout in paid and unpaid campaigns. My second priority is setting up a data analysis strategy and implementing it in scenarios and dashboards for retention management and new business.

RB-Media is a full-service Internet agency, with a specialization in google friendly websites, converting webshops and successful online marketing campaigns. The RB-Media team includes professionals in the field of strategy, design, development, online marketing, project management and support. Our three most important services are website and webshop development and online marketing. Within RB-Media I'm responsible for setting up strategic marketing plans, Advertising campaigns and Content strategy for creating online success for our customers.

DentConnect is a fast-growing dental service organization with dental practices in the Netherlands. Since 2015 we’re also internationally active (Belgium, Denmark, Germany and Italy). DentConnect takes over independent dental practices to manage and develop patient files. In the role of senior online marketer, I was responsible for the implementation of an online strategy which achieved 120% growth in traffic and 232% growth in online conversions. We have achieved this by setting up and executing an SEO strategy with regard to duplicated content for more than 100 websites. We have taken steps in executing, analyzing and optimizing online marketing campaigns with SEA, Facebook, Instagram & Display. Together with online marketing agency Leadrs, we analysed website behavior through Hotjar and Google Analytics, and started CRO processes for the optimization of our websites. Through a KPI Dashboard I’ve made the data transparent for the team as well as a reporting tool for management. In my role I supported the junior marketers in the team and provided guidance in the field of online marketing.
