The Intel® Pack4DreamHack concept is based on a roadtrip to the world's biggest digital festival, DreamHack, in Jönköping. This event is held twice a year and we provide a trip to Sweden every Summer and Winter edition of DreamHack. I worked together with the sponsors and a colleague to set this trip up from start to finish. I took care of:- Administrative tasks such as collecting traveler details- Be the go-to man for the travelers- Provide the website design & layout- Provide the website content before and during the event.- Stay in contact with the people from the event and the sponsors to make sure every demand and wish is met.- Evaluate the event and the concept details during and after the event. -
