Rob Schultz is a conservation leader with over 20 years of experience in leading and growing nonprofit organizations that support wildlife, nature, and education. He serves as Vice President and Executive Director of Audubon Upper Mississippi River, where he oversees the operations, fundraising, strategic planning, and community relations of the regional office of the National Audubon Society.In his role, Rob leverages his expertise in biology, marketing communications, and fundraising to advance bird conservation in the Upper Mississippi Flyway, one of the most important migratory corridors in North America. He supervises staff teams in multiple offices and field locations, and works with advisory board members, donors, partners, and policymakers to advocate for the protection and restoration of habitats that benefit birds and people. Rob is passionate about connecting people with nature and inspiring them to take action for the environment. He enjoys photographing wildlife and the northern lights in his free time.
