As a senior systems engineer, quality management and engineering, I assumed key accountability for collaborating with high performing quality management engineering team to configure new environments and analyze test results utilizing tools, such as NMON, Splunk, Teamquest and Dynatrace. Throughout my tenure, I oversaw the creation of benchmark tests and analysis of regression tests to deliver improved recommendations for tuning and capacity adjustments. I identified performance issues through the use of Dynatrace AppMon and OneAgent on WebLogic and Tomcat applications. With exceptional technical skills, I optimized flash reliability and reduced size of stored images through VMAX architecture that utilized snapshot technology; updating database refresh scripts. I facilitated senior management and application teams with documentation of performance testing architecture, tuning, and benchmarking.Following is my key achievements that I attained:• Saved company’s money by optimizing the use of Dynatrace licenses that generated reports via application profile dashboards and added to Jenkins pipeline after test completion.• Credited with improving SLA and overall performance of over 120+ projects/year by testing applications, while closely monitoring hardware usage.

At MasterCard Worldwide, I rendered exceptional engineering and operational support for Citrix Netscaler Load Balancers, Access Gateways, and RSA Adaptive Authentication; designing application firewalls and configuring NCipher NetHSM’s. I provided ACX support and configuration to over 5,000 UNIX servers and 2500 Windows servers at MasterCard with a keen focus on controlling user authentication and protecting against fraud. I delivered engineering solutions for applications within MasterCard that required additional authentication for outside customers to access their applications.Below is my key achievement that I attained:• Configured and deployed adaptive authentication using JBoss 5.1 micro-partitions that enhanced authentication /authorization decisions for the business based on user's risk profile and tendencies.

I designed, built, and maintained dual VIO server solution utilizing Powerpath and Ontap MPIO for disk redundancy and SEAs failover for Ethernet redundancy to client DLPARS on new P570, P6 hardware. I conducted research and provided security solutions to meet external audit requirements. I automated maintenance functions through scripting to monitor errors on servers and scan error logs, change passwords, add users, gather VIO server disk mappings, and update tuning parameters/ security settings. I analyzed business requirements and created a script that disabled insecure services and set user security parameters on all AIX systems in the environment. I devised and deployed Ganglia cluster to oversee real time performance and utilization data used throughout the SAP environments. I performed Nessus scanners against all newly commissioned hosts and examined reports to disable insecure services.Following is my key achievements that I attained:• Configured HACMP on 2 node clusters; creating the Oracle and SAP stop/start scripts for HA control of resources, and extensively tested failover scenarios to verify operation.• Steered the configuration of EMC storage groups via Navisphere and provision of CLARiiON disks on CX4-960 for use by VIO servers.
