A keen interest in developing technologies and have been involved in the implementation of new systems from design, budgeting and sourcing and liaising with both internal and external customers and suppliers.Day to day I provide campus-wide desktop support for the University networked system including solving log on problems, software availability, liaising with staff and students to respond to their IT requirements , troubleshooting problems, assisting by directing more specialized issues to the relevant colleagues , liaising with external organizations.I have the ability to analyze technical problems and implement creative and imaginative workable solutions. Equipped with a strong ability to adapt my skills and take a flexible and diverse approach to tasks combining excellent interpersonal and team working skills and using my team leading skills from previous employment when looking after projects
