A pan European leadership role in delivering software solutions to enable Enterprise integration of all digital systems, Intelligent agent desktop and other Digital and Agent technology solutions, across Liberty Global.Major deliveries included successful implementation of a consolidated Agent Desktop & Fault Diagnostic solution to UPC Austria. Consolidation of 10+ swivel chair existing agent applications into one intelligent Agent Desktop solution powered by PEGA. Net result drastically decreasing AHT and faster route to diagnosis with integration to IVR, voice and Enterprise Middleware stack. Also lead the strategy and implementation of consolidating our legacy PE middleware estate to Oracle Fusion (Weblogic) PE solution. In parallel also lead the move from Monolithic to to Micro-services architecture with Open Source technologies and Redhat Openshift, which continued in my new role, following organisation alignment back to UK (Virgin Media).

Joined on graduate program writing defense applications for RAF using C, Unix, X-Motif for GUI development. Worked on Mission planning and Inventory systems for Harrier and Tornado.Developed the system administration toolset which automatically configured DNS and propogated files using rdist on HPUX operating systems.Also provided training to theRAF on the above developed systems.Also developed VB and VBA applications on Excel and Access for adiministration tools for MOD.
