Senior Vice President Construction, Investment & Development
CurrentAs a member of Midway's Leadership Team and Investment Committee, responsibilities include strategic planning, pursuing new initiatives, and building lasting relationships with Midway's partners, investors, consultants, and contractors. Core responsibilities include pre-development, pre-construction, contract management, and design and construction risk assessment and execution. Oversight includes all asset types and initiatives across Midway's multi-regional real estate development platform, which currently has more than $2 billion in new projects in its pipeline. Projects currently in capitalization, design, or constructionom include QOZ urban core mixed-use, land development, large-scale infrastructure, P3 higher education classrooms, student housing, specialty use, and on-campus parks, ground up large-scale mixed-use office/multi/retail, high-rise Class A office, mixed-use high-rise hospitality/retail, and high-density type 1 multi-family.
