At Panicle Office we put together nature based solutions investments bridging the gap between ecology experts and investors.We're currently conducting Quality of Benefits Studies into a 250,000 ha project which will #bringbackthebison to Juárez, creating a resource mobilisation plan for a mangrove project in Tanzania, and working on restoring seagrass to The Thames Estuary.We're also organising The Lord Mayor of London's Sustainability and Biodiversity Conference in Mansion House, and a series of nature finance panel discussions in London, with international conversations held in Dubai and Tokyo.

Helped individuals to gain work, through guided reflection, career planning services, connecting them to volunteering opportunities, finding them mentors, and helping them access funding. Worked with a range of people from long term NEET individuals to high level consultants, across a huge range of industries aerospace, arts and crafts, pharmaceuticals, and web development to name a few.

I designed and delivered a £500,000 grant programme which was focused on open philanthropy, which combines emerging best practices such as trust-based grant making, community led decision making, knowledge sharing, and inclusivity - all good things if you ask me. I formed eligibility criteria and examined provided documentation, outlined the specific areas to allocate funds, pinpointed organisations or individuals suitable for funding, and determined the ultimate recipients along with the corresponding award amounts.The result of the project, besides delivering the grants, was a toolkit to help other funders to begin to shift the power to those they give grants to, which can be found in the below link.

British Ambition was a one to one, referral based English teaching business, which helped Chinese university students learn English. Additional services which developed based on client feedback included cultural education, scholarship application support, and integrating into the UK (finding accomodation, doctors, sim cards, etc.). Also designed guides covering a wide range of the UK to enable students to have the best experience they could while here.

- Re-founded the business society last year and then amalgamated with the Enterprise society and became president of the resulting society.- Fully organised and ran a trip down to London with the ex-Enterprise society president, including sourcing finance, schedule planning and arranging all travel and accommodation.- Organised and attended a wide range of events and activities throughout the year, including guest speakers, conferences and outward bound team building sessions

As a continuing Rep Coordinator I took a leading role throughout my final year, getting heavily involved with all projects and additional meetings as possible. This led to some fantastic experiences, including sitting on the Board of Governors and Academic Board, running my first conference, chairing my first committee and producing my first piece of consultancy work. This role has boosted my confidence incredibly and taught me an exceptional amount with regards to public speaking, leadership, and navigating policy and procedure- Chaired a Task and Finish group assigned with creating a document of recommendations to improve the student representation policy within our university - Well received by university and currently awaiting a response- Orchestrated and hosted the second Student Success Stories Conference in 2018 - Full day event with eight different speaker slots, four round table discussions, catering, photo-booth and tombola - Used the round table discussions to gather valuable feedback about student representation within the university.- Reviewed the university's most recent iteration of their Access and Participation Document and provided constructive feedback which was was fed into the final document- Working in partnership with the 11 other school coordinators to push forward student led initiatives in order to promote positive change within the University- Collected feedback from student representatives from all different stages of study and staff members to gain 360 degree feedback to ensure actions were in the university's best interest- Student representative on the Board of Governors and Academic Board, where I provided valued insights into the student perspective and were translated into actions- Participated heavily in university level Student Representative Coordinator Steering Group meetings where the student representative policy was discussed and recommendations suggested.
