Day-to-day responsibilities include answering invoice inquiries via email and telephone, resolving billing disputes to remove obstacles to payment, outbound collection calls and emails to rectify past due balances, account reconciliation, cash application, delinquency/bad debt reporting, and continuously working to upgrade, streamline and increase the effectiveness of all collection processes. Report directly to the CFO, completing any other special projects or assignments as requested.
