The Post Booking (Visibility) team was responsible for all Tracking related information on both TNT.com and at myTNT2. The team was fully cross-functional and contained FE and BE developent, UX design, data analysis and QA testing. The team discontinued as development was largely finished and the priorities of Digital International shifted towards enabling FedEx' growth ambitions.

At TNT Digital International, I fulfil 2 roles. User Researcher I work as a user researcher within the User Insights team. In this role I provide various forms of user research to our scrum teams. Moreover, I collect insights to create a deep understanding of all the phases of the customer journey and spot opportunities for improvement.Team members Post Booking (Visibility) team. I identify user issues and look for opportunities to implement improvements that positively affects both business and our customers.

User Intelligence is a user experience consultancy with offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Helsinki. We help organizations to improve the customer experience, with a focus on the online touch-points. Activities are for example user tests, expert reviews, personas, quantitative research, online strategy, concept development, prototyping, interaction design, visual design.At User Intelligence, I have been involved in projects for Philips, Elsevier, Kluwer, eBay, Salesforce, Honeywell, Decathlon, Telfort, NS and Adidas.

Contractor position at the CDI department. Delivering insights to various product teams at Elsevier by means of user testing, focus groups, longitudinal studies and quantitative user studies. Assisted in building and expanding the Elsevier Advisory Panel, which included 180 researchers globally.

Contractor position at the UCD department. I've organised a series of panel discussions (focus groups) at the Wageningen University, Eindhoven Technical University, Imperial College London, Technical University Munich and University of Oxford.

Being responsible for all accounts in the Netherlands, Belgium and Turkey. I also was a representative of Tobii during the UXPA conference in London and moderated a discussion about the use of eye tracking as a tool in UX research.

Interim consultant for Objective Asia PTE LTD in Singapore for 1 month. My goals were to activate the market for UX consultancy & sales for Eye Tracking equipment in South East Asia. Prior and after this month, I focussed on studying UX research methods and connecting to UX researchers worldwide.

User research on websites or apps for various customers. Used methods are concept testing, prototype testing, usability testing (incl. eye tracking), expert reviews and gathering user feedback via our tool TAG-IT. I have been involved in user studies for ING, Algemene Zaken (public sector), NLziet, Akzo Nobel and Marktplaats.nl.

Usability research on websites and apps. Being part of the Online Performance team (SEO, SEA, WebAnalytics and usability specialists, I conducted user research for websites such as Kieskeurig.nl, Leef.nl, Tijdschrift.nl, Schoolbank.nl and apps such as NU.nl and Vault79. Used various tools like Clicktale, CrazyEgg, Usabilla, SurveyMonkey, Webstatistics and Tobii Studio.

Sales and consulting of eye tracking equipment, usability labs and academic research equipment. Responsible for all accounts in the Netherlands, Belgium, Cyprus, Malta, Turkey and South Africa. Business segments UX research, Market Research and Academic Research. Outcome of my work: yearly over-target achieved sales numbers, high customer satisfaction in all regions, sustainable sales.Apart from gaining sound experience in international sales, it also lead me to build an international network of UX experts, along with getting experience in setting up usability labs.

I co-engineered a new ‘laser beam switch’ as part of the ODME AM-200 System.
