Previously, Mr. Sniezek was an Associate at MVP Capital, an independent advisory firm that provides a range of advisory services to clients in the Technology, Media & Telecom sector, prior to its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2020. Before MVP Capital, Mr. Sniezek was an Investment Banking Analyst at FBR Capital Markets in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, covering the diversified industrials and TMT sectors. While there, he primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and institutional private placements.
