Responsible for the overall coordinating, planning, fielding and training of the Battlefield Video Teleconferencing II (BVTCII) and High Capacity Line Of Site (HCLOS) operator and maintainers courses in support of Project Manager Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T). Coordinates with PM WIN-T Site leads in support of both HCLOS and BVTCII training. Manages 8 trainers that are permanently assigned to the program and ensures trainers are proficient in their duties by conducting rehearsals and briefings in support of the customer. Coordinates all training and fielding requirements for BVTCII and HCLOS training missions with guidance from the training managers and distributes information to team members. Trains service members in all aspects of the BVTCII and HCLOS equipment to include installation, configuration, operation, testing and troubleshooting the complete BVTCII and HCLOS systems (MCU, Gateway and End station). Manages all BVTCII and HCLOS training equipment and materials. Advises training teams and individual trainers within ESP and other companies assisting ESP in our relationship to build a better understanding of how to train and ensure proper training techniques are standardized. Coordinates and conducts cross training to ESP employees to establish continuity amongst related programs within the company. HCLOS/BVTCII Support Facility Site Manager oversees the daily activities of the facility to include security, maintenance, procurement of materials and supplies. Assisted in the development of Lesson Plans, Program of Instructions, Student Guides and Practical Exercises for both HCLOS and BVTCII Programs, that has been Validated and Verified by Director of Training, Fort Gordon, GA.
