Due to this criticality, processes have been implemented that have given me more time for me to be able to perform a good job:- I was able to approach all areas of the company and this facilitated the correction of flows, simulation of bugs, creation of new functions on the platforms (Android, iOS and Web) and better understand our customers.- With each test performed, I approached more of the developers and argued about the way that such a feature or correction was being developed, thus achieving delivering something with more quality at the end.- I developed automated tests for the WEB platform using the tool Ghost Inspector: This tool recorded all steps performed and then I edited them to be able to identify them by the Selenium element that there was in each component on the page Web.- I developed automated tests for the Android platform using the Calabash tool: The development of the Calabash tests uses the Cucumber tool which is based on the BDD technique, which uses the Gherkin language to describe its actions in a Natural language (understood by any person) and uses the Ruby language to perform these actions.- I Wrote all the development of automated tests of WEB and Android platforms, environment configuration, information about test streams, test types and some other guidelines.- Using the Freshdesk and Jira tools, I managed to manage the demands directed to the QA area and generate metrics.I am currently focused on testing new features and continuing with the learning and development of automated tests. The Company was growing rapidly, there were migrations of the Android, iOS and WEB platforms, for this reason it became evident the need for processes and the creation of automated tests to facilitate the deliveries of the technology team. The consultations, in almost its entirety, were remote and related to the installation and configuration of software of the company (desktop and mobile), installation and configuration of software from Microsoft, tuning of software that was not working correctly, guidance on the use of software available in the company, solicitation of new mobile devices and assistance to new analysts regarding doubts about the attendance.The tool to answer and manage calls was also Inforoad, but the operating systems we worked On were Android, iOS and Windows.The working method was based on the ITIL framework and was very important because, in parallel, I was learning in college the theory and performing the practice at work. Initially the company worked with the restoration of refrigerators destined for trade (bakeries, bars, ice cream parlors, etc.). During this period, following a process, I sanitized the refrigerators for later they were repaired by other professionals.
