Customer success manager for a software company. My primary responsibility was resourcing customers -- creating videos and documentation, conducting training webinars, and also answering support questions. I also implemented 20+ customers per year, which involved leading a team through training, software customization, and team onboarding.My primary customer base was public procurement.

I provided technical support at an organization with approximately 2800 personnel stationed all around the world. I coordinated the first-level support for company e-mail addresses, and also provided basic software and hardware computer support.

I provided freelance research services to Network211, working primarily with their content site globalchristiancenter.com. My area of specialty was men's ministry.

I was a contractor software and hardware test technician for Walmart at their home office in Bentonville, Arkansas. I tested new builds of software that were installed on the POS system, and reported defects to developers. I was also responsible for reviewing BRDs and TDDs and created new test cases for updates and innovations to the POS system. I was recognized for my work and I was given the assignment to individually handle all innovations projects. I reported directly to Senior Developers and Senior Business Analysts.

I coordinated the work study program at John Brown University. I managed a budget of nearly $200 thousand dollars for over 600 students who were involved in the program. I helped launch a new timekeeping and time reporting procedure which allowed students to be paid for their work on a biweekly basis, instead of a monthly basis. I built and maintained strong rapport with students and supervisors to make sure all needs were met.I also assisted in the Enrollment Management office--learning functions of college Admissions and Financial Aid. It was my task to help explain the confusing details of Financial Aid to prospective families and students and handle any paperwork they needed to submit.I was a non-voting member of the International Studies Committee. I served as the Financial Aid Consultant.I reported directly to the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management.
