Developed a json API for a stealth product within the company. The API was built on Rails 4 and Ruby 2.1. The code was deployed through Capistrano, onto an Amazon EC2 instance, RDS and other AWS tools. The API was anticipated be consumed by a backboneJS application on the frontend. Taking the lead developer role within this project, to facilitate application architecture and make key business decisions for the development integration.Developed an http API which facilitates the consumption of user account data and all legacy circulation information data for all external corporate solutions. When all solutions are live, the API will be processing millions of requests a day.Complimented team during rewrite for ordering process of the current interactive subscription process. The ordering process is designed as a one page process, encompassing data validation, parameter validation of existing data forms, and is integrated directly with the existing server side order payment process. The ordering system has processed tens of thousands of user interactions, including full purchase process, since going live.Took on the main role in rebuilding the main content management system for azcentral.com, which has hundreds of concurrent users at most times. Was the sole developer building the article publishing system that accounts for all articles published on the website(Roughly a thousand articles a day, which produce over a million views on the website a day). The CMS was build with the Ruby on Rails framework, CoffeeScript, and all the other Rails community loved open source projects. The project is currently on a maintenance and enhancement phase.Provided expertise in solving a variety of Ruby and Rails based issues. Additionally, played a complimentary role in the building and deployment phases of the pay-wall system for AZCentral.com. Specialized in integrating external APIs into the paywall system for features such as newsletter and ad integration.

Develop and maintain unique and complex Delphi based code to extract data to be used in PDF composition through the use of the TeX language. Thorough testing is done before deploying into a live system to immediately serve the customer with their importing data

Integrate and maintain a web payment and documentation portal for over 100 clients and all of their consumers. Each client has a customizable portal built on the Ruby on Rails framework and through the use of HTML/CSS/jQuery.

Manage complex back end setups using Apache, MySQL and PHP. Using PSD files spliced and extracted individual images and layers to build a front end using HTML/CSS/jQuery. Modified Wordpress' backend systems to meet the individual needs of clients. Additionally I provide a stable server environment for clients. Uses a Linux(centOS) based cPanel backend supporting the LAMP structure(Apache, MySQL and PHP) and has been tuned for a small business use. Have installed and deployed custom server features such as Sphinx search software.
