Program Manager
Responsible for leading multiple program launches for both front and rear suspension programs with customers such as Navistar, Volvo, Freightliner, FCCC, Bluebird, and Spartan Chassis. This includes leading internal team and external (customer) meetings, financial justification of future programs, and presenting to Senior management on critical issues and gap resolution. I was responsible for successfully leading the largest product launch in Hendrickson's history. This was a multimillion dollar vocational rubber suspension launched in China for the Chinese heavy truck market. Role included supporting our partners in China and coordinating activities in the US including simultaneous launches in both the US and China. Also coordinated logistics of equipment and material from the US to China to support plant operations.
